Amber Schwartz is executive vice president of Independent Women’s Forum. Amber is IWF’s lead integrator, helping to ensure the execution of all programs and outreach efforts. Amber also manages IWF’s largest event of the year, the Annual Awards Gala, and is proud that it has become the go-to event in Washington every November.

Prior to joining IWF in 2013, Amber worked for The Heritage Foundation in various capacities, including outreach and educational campaigns and also served as Director of Donor Relations at the Maryland Public Policy Institute. She is a volunteer faculty member at The Leadership Institute.

Amber currently lives in Alexandria, Virginia, with her husband, two kids, a sweet Labrador named Sunny, and most recently a cat named Stormy that now rules the house.
