Now, before you get too upset, you should know that the chart below only displays about one-third of the complexity of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. Developed by the Joint Economic Committee minority, led by U.S Senator Sam Brownback of Kansas and Rep. Kevin Brady of Texas, this chart depicts in visual form the maze of bureaucracy that the new health care reform is creating. But Rep. Brady said that really, the 2,801 page Act couldn’t be represented in just one chart. So as a compromise, the committee minority has put together this, “simplified” version:
