Today is International Women’s Day. Sadly, too many governments around the world still refuse to defend women under the law. Today, we’d like to bring awareness to a few of their struggles and causes:
Stories spread regarding violence used to silence political opposition in Tahrir.
Certain rape laws in Morocco are degrading to women.
The United Nations canceled a marathon from which Hamas banned women.
