Michelle Obama's 'Mission Accomplished' Moment
The First Lady is suggesting "Mission Accomplished" in the war on fat. Parents, not government, deserve the applause and credit for the nation's collective wegith loss.
The government is trying to regulate one of your most personal daily decisions: what you eat. Some regulations seek to limit the use of specific ingredients, while others micromanage how restaurant and food manufacturers can market food. The common thread of these regulations is that they limit Americans’ choices, raise food prices, cost jobs in the food industry - and are unlikely to make Americans any healthier.
