Carol is the Manager of Media Relations and Online Communications for IWF.  As a media relations specialist, Carol coordinates promoting IWF's spokeswomen for conservative opinion interviews for TV and radio, writing and distributing news releases, articles and op-ed materials for national media opportunities.   She is responsible for tracking obtained press, and is one of the main media contacts at IWF.  Carol has been in public relations, marketing and event planning for over 20 years.  Prior to IWF, Carol was a Senior Manager in PR for a large advertising agency in Northern Virginia, and contributed her expertise to several Fortune 500 Company campaigns.  Before her agency tenure, she managed media relations and marketing for several corporate and non-profit organizations in the Washington, DC area.  A native Texan, Carol attended Brookhaven College in Dallas, majoring in Marketing and Communications.  She also has a public relations certification from the University of Virginia.
