by Beverly Hallberg

On this episode of She Thinks, Naomi Schaefer Riley joins to discuss the issue of child welfare -- a hot topic given the decline of stable two-parent households and the current spike in opioid addiction. She not only discusses the importance of partnership between government and civil society but also gives insight into becoming a foster or adoptive parent.
